    DOMESTIC ORDERS SPEED:

    Shipping with UPS SurePost, takes around 5-6 business days.

    UPS, FedEx and USPS options are available depending on your location and order size.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

    For international orders you may choose DHL Express (3-5 Days) or USPS Priority International (15-30 days).

    Duties and Taxes: Import duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the package. Once your order is shipped, the carrier will contact you to collect any duties or taxes owed prior to delivery. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs may be. 

    Refusing Import fees: If your order is returned to sender (RTS) due to refusal to pay import fees, your refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover our additional costs accrued to recover your order. (Customs fees + return shipping)

    Pre-ordered Items Shipping: 
    Pre-ordered items will be shipped when the product is available (for TWA2, the estimated time is December to January, depending on your position in the queue). 
    Returns & Refunds: When you pre-order the TWA2, we create a manufacturing obligation on your behalf. Due to this, refund requests for pre-ordered items can be honored only after your order has been shipped. Once you have received the product, you will have 30 days to submit your return request. 
    ToneWoodAmp2 Delays in Shipping:If there is delays in shipping the ToneWoodAmp2 beyond our expected date, we will communicate at this time and offer an opportunity to refund.

    Any orders that are returned to sender will be refunded to the original payment method (minus any original shipping costs).
