The TWA2 works with virtually any acoustic guitar. Electro-acoustics with a built-in pickup are ready as-is; guitars without one need the matching pickup above. The LiftKit™ system adjusts to both flat-back and curved-back bodies. Ovation guitars are the one exception and are not compatible.
Installation is a one-time job that takes a few minutes: mount the X-Brace inside the guitar with the four included stickers, connect the pickup, and snap the TWA2 on magnetically. Nothing is drilled and nothing is permanent. The brace can be removed if you ever want it gone.
